Common questions

Is anything real? No. It's a pretend boutique: nothing is sold or shipped, and no payment is ever collected. The pretend wallet and red coins have no money value and cannot be bought.

How do I delete my data? In the app: Me › Settings › Privacy › Delete my boutique data. It deletes the server record and resets the app on your phone. You can also email us: see Delete your account and data.

How do I turn off analytics or personalised ads? Me › Settings › Privacy. Nothing in the boutique depends on these choices.

Ngọc's AI note looks wrong or inappropriate. Me › Settings › Privacy › Report Ngọc's note, or email us the note.

An ad was inappropriate. After any film, use Report this ad, or email us with the time and a description.

Delete your account and data · Jewelry Never Arrived (My Treasure)

In the app, at once: Me › Settings › Privacy › Delete my boutique data (also in Me › Settings › Back up my boutique). It deletes everything our server keeps for your installation: the pretend wallet and its history, check-ins, films watched, unlocked pieces, pretend orders, your consent record and, if you signed in to back up, the scrambled account ID and the backed-up Someday list and style answers. It disconnects Sign in with Apple and resets the app on your phone. Delete my analytics data in the same screen resets your analytics data at Google.

Without the app: email support@dangnguyen.xyz with the subject "Delete my data" and, if you still have it, the App ID shown at the bottom of Settings › Privacy. We delete the record and confirm within 30 days. We never store your name or email, so without the App ID we cannot find a record; you can also reinstall the app, sign in with the same Apple or Google account on the Restore screen and delete from there. If you used Sign in with Apple, stopping it for this app in your Apple ID settings also removes the link on our side.

Delete only part of your data: Delete my analytics data (Me › Settings › Privacy) clears your usage data at Google. Sign out (Me › Settings › Back up my boutique) removes the scrambled account ID and the backed-up Someday list and style answers from our server; your boutique stays on your phone.

Kept afterwards: nothing on our server. Records that are never deleted by hand are erased automatically 400 days after the app was last used.
