My Treasure is a pretend jewelry boutique. Nothing is sold or shipped and no payment is ever collected. Short, optional ads keep it free. This notice explains what the app does with information about you, why, who else receives it, and the choices you have.
1. Who is responsible
The app is published by Nguyễn Phan Duy Đăng, an individual in Đà Nẵng, Vietnam ("we"). Contact: support@dangnguyen.xyz. Our postal address is available on request.
2. What we collect, and why

We never collect payment details, government identifiers, precise location, your contacts, your age or health information. We do not sell personal information for money. Our server does not record IP addresses, names, addresses or notes.
3. Ads and tracking choices
- On iPhone, the app asks for permission to track through Apple's prompt. If you decline, you still see ads, only less personalised ones. Nothing in the app changes with your answer.
- At first launch the app asks separately whether you allow usage analytics and personalised ads; both are off until you say yes, nothing is pre-selected, and you can change either at any time in Settings › Privacy.
- In California and other US states with privacy laws, you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information in Settings › Privacy › Google ad privacy options. Our website sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
4. Who receives information
- Google LLC and its affiliates (AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase): advertising and analytics. Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Google acts as our processor for analytics and as an independent controller for advertising.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: runs our server and stores the game state described in section 2, the catalog and its images, and our website, and, when you agree, writes Ngọc's style note with an AI model (Gemma, by Google, run by Cloudflare); it acts as our processor under its Data Processing Addendum and does not use your answers or note to train AI.
- Apple Inc. and Google LLC as app store operators receive what their platforms collect under their own notices.
- Authorities, where the law requires it, and professional advisers under confidentiality.
We do not share your information with anyone else and never with data brokers.
5. International transfers
We are in Vietnam. Google and Cloudflare process data in the United States and other countries; our server's database is placed in the Asia-Pacific region. Information collected in Vietnam that is processed abroad is a cross-border transfer under Vietnamese law; we file the cross-border transfer dossier with the Ministry of Public Security within 60 days of the first transfer, as Vietnamese law requires, and keep it up to date.
6. How long we keep information
Information on your phone stays until you delete it or uninstall the app. The game state on our server is kept while you use the app and deleted automatically when the installation has not been seen for 400 days, or at once when you choose Delete my boutique data. Your answers and note sent for Ngọc's AI note are not kept by us or by Cloudflare once the note is written. Analytics data is kept by Google for 2 months. Your consent choices, with their date and the version of this notice, are kept on your phone and, without your name, on our server under your installation identifier, until you change them.
7. Your rights
Wherever you are, you can, from Settings › Privacy: see everything our server keeps about your installation (See what the server keeps), delete it all together with the boutique on your phone (Delete my boutique data), delete your analytics data, switch Ngọc's AI notes, analytics and personalised ads on or off, report an ad or a note written by Ngọc's AI, and reset your advertising identifier in your phone's settings. We identify you only by your installation identifier; we cannot link it to your name unless you tell us. If you contact us by email, we answer within the periods the law sets and in any case within 30 days. Vietnamese users may also contact the Ministry of Public Security's personal-data protection authority.
8. Ngọc is an AI
Ngọc, the stylist in the app, is an AI character. With your consent her style note is written by an AI model running on Cloudflare; without it, when the AI's daily capacity is used up, or if it fails, the app writes the note on your phone from your answers. Notes written by the AI can be wrong and are labelled "Written by Ngọc's AI · it can be wrong". You can report a note from Settings › Privacy.
9. Age
The boutique is for people aged 16 and over. We do not ask for your age or birthday and do not knowingly process information about anyone under 16 (under 13 in the United States). If you believe a younger person has used the app, contact us and we will delete the information.
10. Security
Information on your device is protected by your device's security. Data sent to Google and Cloudflare is encrypted in transit; our server keeps only a hash of your installation secret, never the secret itself. We will tell you and the authorities about a data breach as the law requires.
11. Changes
We will post changes here with a new date and version and, for material changes, show a notice in the app.
12. California and other US states
We do not sell personal information for money. Showing personalised ads may count as "sharing" under California law; you can opt out in Settings › Privacy › Google ad privacy options. Categories collected in the last 12 months: identifiers, internet activity, coarse geolocation, and the content you type; sources, purposes and recipients are in sections 2 and 4. We do not use sensitive personal information. You will not be treated differently for exercising your rights.
13. Vietnam
This notice is published in Vietnamese and English; the Vietnamese text prevails for users in Vietnam. Your consent for each purpose is collected separately in the app and recorded with its date and the version of this notice. You may withdraw it at any time in Settings › Privacy. Information about children under 16 is not knowingly processed.
